Your mission

  • Multi-Site Facility Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement of all facilities in Cologne, Langen (Frankfurt), and Friedrichshafen, ensuring alignment with Indra Group HQ frameworks and guidelines adapted to local requirements.
  • External Stakeholder & Partner Coordination: Act as the primary interface with landlords, suppliers, service providers, and other third parties – managing contracts, negotiations, and service delivery to maintain high -quality facility standards.
  • Internal Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate closely with site managers, department heads, and the broader Indra organisation to anticipate and address facility needs, ensuring a productive and comfortable working environment across all sites.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Legal Adherence: Ensure all facility operations comply with applicable German and EU regulations, including building codes, occupational health & safety laws, and environmental legislation.
  • Sustainability & Environmental Management: Develop and implement sustainability strategies across all German sites – covering energy efficiency, waste management, and environmental reporting – in line with Indra Group's sustainability objectives.
  • Budget & Cost Management: Manage and monitor facility-related budgets, optimise costs, and prepare regular reporting for Group Headquarters.

Your profile

  • Degree or other formal education in facility management, building engineering or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of proven experience in facility management, ideally in a multi-site or international environment
  • Strong knowledge of German building regulations, occupational health & safety laws (e.g. Arbeitsschutzgesetz, Arbeitsstättenverordnung), and environmental legislation
  • Experience working within an international or multinational corporate structure
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience interfacing between local operations and international headquarters
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Fluency in German and English (Spanish proficiency is advantageous)
