Project Management Officer (m/f/d)

Your mission

  • Strategic Framework Development: Design and implement project management frameworks for German operations that align with corporate standards while meeting local requirements. Establish governance standards, quality gates, and select appropriate methodologies based on project needs.
  • Project Delivery & Coordination: Lead internal transformation projects and support project managers in achieving time, quality, and cost objectives. Monitor portfolio performance, coordinate communications across stakeholder groups, and report on risks and resource allocation.
  • Stakeholder & Supplier Management: Represent the PMO to internal clients and external partners while managing supplier relationships, contract coordination, and deliverable compliance. Act as liaison between German operations and international headquarters on project management matters.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day PMO operations ensuring compliance with company policies and objectives. Maintain project management tools, templates, and configurations while providing coaching and methodological support to foster continuous improvement.

Your profile

  • Degree or other formal education in Computer Science, Business Administration or a comparable technical or commercial qualification with a strong focus on project management
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in PMO or project management roles, with demonstrated track record of leading organizational change initiatives
  • Proven expertise in implementing and managing project management frameworks across diverse project types
  • Strong professional knowledge of procedure models including Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Linear (V-Model) methodologies and approaches
  • Proficiency in project management tools and ERP software
  • Experience in contract management, deliverable coordination, and compliance monitoring
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience interfacing between local operations and international headquarters
  • Fluency in German and English (Spanish proficiency is advantageous)
