Your mission

Responsibility for the continuous improvement of quality management systems and processes according to ISO 9001 or similar standards
Ensuring compliance with legal, normative and internal quality requirements
Planning, conducting and following up on internal and external audits
Accompaniment and monitoring of quality processes according to the V-model, especially in the field of software and system development
Analysis of quality problems and initiation of corrective and preventive measures
Support and advice to the specialist departments in all matters of quality management
Active approach and implementation of new ISO standards, in particular ISO 27001** (information security management), in order to adapt to changing standards and market requirements
Work closely with the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)** to integrate information security requirements into quality processes and jointly mitigate information security risks
Development of training and awareness-raising measures to promote quality and safety awareness in the company
Working with suppliers and customers to ensure and optimize product quality
Creation and evaluation of quality indicators and reporting to the management

Your profile

Completed studies in the field of quality management, engineering or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in quality management, ideally in an industrial environment
Sound knowledge of relevant norms and standards (e.g. B. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.)
Knowledge and experience in the implementation of ISO 27001** and other new ISO standards
Experience working with a CISO** or similar functions to ensure compliance with information security policies
Experience in conducting audits (internal and external)
Analytical thinking and solution-oriented way of working
High communication and assertiveness skills
Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
Willingness to travel (approx. 10%)
